Our role as Project Managers on a typical will include:
- Coordination of all other consultants (meetings, information, drawings, specifications)
- Recording of the project through minute taking (issued reports to all)
- Full photo and video reporting of work stages at agreed intervals
- Regular easy-to-read auto-emailed reports on project progress
- Dispute mitigation
- Regular building inspections and site meetings
