Running in conjunction with our standard design services we offer a Self Build Management service. We undertake the Project Management Process on behalf of the Client, and act as their representative to coordinate the construction process. We undertake the services for a fixed fee and tender savings are passed directly to the Client with no commission taken.

- Undertaking quality control and snagging of works.
- Coordination and compliance with Heath and Safety Obligations.
- Coordination and review of insurance liability and covers.
- Coordination and review of Project Budget costs.
- Coordination of Building Control Compliance.
