Renovation and reorganisation of existing ground floor with a single storey extension.
The reorganisation of the ground floor kitchen into the existing sitting room was pivotal to providing good light and ventilation. The overall layout was provided around a central courtyard. The extension took advantage of the lower garden levels and was imagined as a new room within the garden.
