Erindale Demesne Housing
This development comprises 11 5-bed houses and eight 3-bed mews houses. The project aims to provide a housing development built around a home zone shared common area that provides access and outlook towards the river valley. The houses are designed as three repeating types. The types are shifted and mirrored to create a varied elevation to public areas.
